Enquiry form
When you send an enquiry, the details you enter (name, email, phone if given, suburb, service and message) are emailed straight to Mitchell so they can reply. The website does not keep a copy in a database. The email is kept only as long as needed to arrange and do the work.
Your details are only used to answer your enquiry. They are not sold or used for marketing.
Spam protection and hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To block spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and connection when you use the form. Cloudflare processes requests (such as your IP address) to deliver the site securely. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Chat assistant (Sky)
Sky is an AI assistant that answers questions about Structured Intelligence's websites and hosting. Your chat messages are sent to an AI model run by Structured Intelligence on its own computer in Australia or, if that isn't available, to Cloudflare's Workers AI. Sky's answers can be wrong; Mitchell confirms prices and plans.
The conversation is kept in your browser tab while it's open. To improve Sky's answers, chats are kept for up to 30 days and reviewed, each under a random ID, without your IP address and with email addresses and phone numbers removed. Please don't share personal details in the chat: use the enquiry form instead. Starting a chat runs the same Cloudflare Turnstile spam check as the form.
Visitor counts
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits, which website referred you, your general location (country) and device type, and how fast pages load. It does not use cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you across other websites.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.
